The Ulster Farmers’ Union (UFU) have submitted evidence to the inquiry by the House of Commons Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (EFRA) Select Committee regarding the UK’s food supply during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. MPs launched the review and farmers were able to provide authentication.
